Residents of Kijura Central Cell in Masindi Municipality in Uganda were left in shock after a man presumed dead appeared at his own burial.
According to the family, Godwin Baguma, who reportedly suffers from a mental disorder, had been missing for three weeks. Over the weekend, police informed them that a decomposing body found in a sugarcane plantation in Kisanja Cell was believed to be his.
Convinced it was their son, the family proceeded to organise his burial. However, in a dramatic turn of events, Baguma reappeared in nearby Kihanguzi village and showed up at the burial on Tuesday.
Baguma has since been reunited with his family bringing an end to the confusion surrounding his disappearance.
You can imagine many in Ghana like Baguma whose burial have been organised whiles they are cooling off somewhere!
