The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has issued a statement informing customers and the general public about an upcoming emergency maintenance this weekend on the Nuri Kamstrup Prepayment Server.
The maintenance will commence on Friday, July 12 at 11:00 pm and is expected to conclude by Sunday, July 14, at 11:00 pm..
Customers utilizing the Nuri Kamstrup prepayment system are advised to purchase sufficient credit to last throughout the maintenance period to avoid any inconvenience.
The company also apologised for any disruption this necessary maintenance may cause.
